Terms of sale

These terms of sale apply to every order placed on talisse.co. By placing an order, you accept them. They are available in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.

1. Seller

2. Products

We sell fashion jewellery. The main characteristics of each piece (materials, finish, dimensions, available sizes) are described on its product page. Photos are as faithful as possible, but slight differences in colour or appearance may exist depending on your screen. Offers are valid while stock lasts.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in your currency. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order. The price that applies is the one shown when you confirm your order. We may change our prices at any time, but each order is invoiced at the price shown when it was placed.

4. Orders

To order, add your pieces to the cart, fill in your details, choose a delivery method and pay. Before confirming, you can check and correct your order. The contract is formed once payment has been accepted; you then receive a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, an availability issue or suspected fraud; any amount paid is then refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full when you order, using one of the secure payment methods offered at checkout. Your bank details are processed by our payment providers and are never stored by us.

6. Delivery

We ship to the countries offered at checkout. Standard shipping costs €2.90 and is free on orders of €50 or more; the exact cost in your currency is shown at checkout. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the order date, you can contact us to find a solution or cancel the order and be refunded. For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the recipient. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you or a person you designate take physical possession of the order. Details are in our shipping policy.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, tell us within that period through our contact page or by email, with your order number; you can use the form below, but it is not mandatory. Send the pieces back within 14 days of telling us, unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are at your charge. We refund the price paid and the standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, using your original payment method; we may wait until we have received the pieces back.

Exceptions: under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to pieces made to your specifications (engraving, name, initials, photo), nor to earrings with a post or hook that pierces the ear once their sealed protective bag has been opened, for hygiene reasons. 8. Legal guarantees

All our pieces benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). Under the guarantee of conformity, you have 2 years from delivery to act; you can ask for the piece to be repaired or replaced, and failing that for a price reduction or a refund. During these 2 years, you do not have to prove that the defect existed at delivery. If a piece arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo: we replace or refund it at no cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.

9. Personal data

The personal data collected when you order is used to process and deliver it. Our privacy policy explains how it is handled and how to exercise your rights.

10. Disputes and applicable law

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. In the event of a problem, please contact us first so that we can find an amicable solution.
