Returns and refunds

If a piece is not right for you, you can send it back. Here is how it works, in plain terms.

14 days to change your mind

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason.

• Tell us within 14 days through our contact page, with your order number and the pieces you want to return.
• Send the pieces back within 14 days of telling us, unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are at your charge.
• Once we have received and checked them, we refund the price paid and the standard shipping cost to your original payment method within 14 days.

Earrings

For hygiene reasons, earrings with a post or hook that pierces the ear can only be returned if they are unworn and still in their sealed protective bag. Ear cuffs and clip-on earrings follow the standard rule above.

Personalized pieces

Pieces made to your specifications (engraving, name, initials, photo) are created for you alone. Under Article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, they cannot be returned for a change of mind. They remain fully covered if they arrive damaged, faulty or with an error on our side.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect pieces

If a piece arrives damaged, has a defect or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo. Under the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), we replace or refund it at no cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.

What we cannot accept

Pieces that have been worn, damaged after delivery or altered, items returned without proof of purchase, and withdrawal requests made after the 14-day period.
