We prepare your order as soon as possible after payment. You receive a confirmation email when you order, then a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.

Costs

Standard shipping is free on orders of €30 or more. Below that amount, it costs €2.90. The exact cost in your currency is always shown at checkout, before you pay.

We ship to the countries offered at checkout.

Delivery times

The delivery times shown at checkout are estimates from our logistics partners. They are not guaranteed and can be longer during busy periods such as the holidays.

Customs

For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the recipient.

If your tracking has not moved for several days or your parcel seems lost, contact us through our contact page with your order number and we will sort it out with you.
