How to wear it
Alone, the 1.0 mm brings a line of light to an open collar or a bare neckline. The 1.8 mm reads more clearly over a knit or a T-shirt. To layer, combine two lengths at least 2 in apart so each chain finds its place: an 18 in chain with a 20 in snake chain necklace, for example. Care
Fasten the chain after perfume and lotion, and take it off to sleep so the fine links don't kink. Wipe it with a soft cloth after wearing, and store it hanging or laid out straight, clasp closed, to avoid knots. Which width should I choose?
1.0 mm is very fine and discreet, ideal for layering. 1.8 mm is more visible on its own and sturdier for carrying a pendant.
Can I add my own pendant?
Yes. The lobster clasp opens so you can slide a pendant onto the chain; check that the pendant's bail is wide enough for the chosen width.
Which length is the most versatile?
18 in (45 cm) falls on the collarbone and suits most necklines. It's the easiest length to start with.
