Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Pieces must be unworn and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings can only be returned in their sealed bag.

Put your jewelry on last, after perfume and creams, and take it off for the shower, sport and sleep. Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth and store each piece separately so they do not scratch each other.
