How to wear it

Worn alone over a T-shirt or under an open collar, the twisted link does all the talking. For a layered look, pair a 3 mm or 4 mm chain with a flatter link such as a figaro chain or a mens cuban link chain, keeping a few centimeters between the two lengths.

The 3 mm and 4 mm widths are discreet enough for the office and strong enough to carry a pendant. The 5 mm and 6 mm widths are made to be seen: they bring volume and are best worn on their own. Take the chain off before showering, swimming or training, and avoid contact with perfume, aftershave and sweat as much as possible. At 20 in (51 cm), the chain sits around the collarbone on most men, visible with a crew neck. At 24 in (61 cm), it falls lower on the chest, ideal over a T-shirt or with a pendant. If you plan to layer two chains, choose one of each length.
